Our sweet bread and butter pickles make a great addition to your summer BBQ burgers or on any sandwich.
Fruit:
1 Pint Blueberries & 1 Pint Gooseberries
*Gooseberries are best cooked. Their amazing flavor is unlocked with just a bit of sweetener in the right sauce or dessert. You can also mix them with a sweeter fruit or berry (like blueberries) in desserts to balance the tart and sweet.
Cheese:
Harpersfield Plain Tilsit Style Cheese
A semi-hard cows milk cheese, Very versatile and can be used any way you like! On sandwiches, salads, appetizers, melted on the grill, or to top a casserole.
