Fruit, full and A week shares: Distribution is tonight, 9/4, from 5pm – 8pm at the 10 Clinton Street Community Room. (It’s to the left of the main Congregation Mt Sinai office. We’ve had distribution at 10 Clinton St the past few weeks.)
If you need to send someone to pick up your share, you don’t need to notify us in advance. Just have them tell the volunteer at check in your name and which kind(s) of shares you have!

1 bunch Parsley, 1 bunch Green Romaine, 1 bunch Red Oak Lettuce, 1 bunch Red Kale, 1 bunch Hakurei Turnip, 1 bunch French Radishes, 3 pcs. Baby Bok Choy, 1 pc. Kohlrabi, 1 lb. Mixed Tomatoes, 1 lb. Cherry Tomatoes, 1 pc. Watermelon (1/2 Large Crimson)

On Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013, Local Roots NYC presents The Good Festival at Brooklyn Fireproof (120 Ingraham Street, Brooklyn, NY). The festival celebrates local music and food initiatives to inspire New Yorkers to make, cook, and do right in their own kitchens and backyards. Throughout the night, bands will perform barside in Brooklyn Fireproof. In the backyard from 5 – 7:30pm, artisans and food producers will share their skills, inspiring sustainable living and home cooking.
