Our annual Meet the Farmer Event + Sauerkraut Making Demo is coming up next week!
We invite you to meet our Farmer Fred Lee and his amazing team from Sang Lee Farms, the veggie magicians who provide the Brooklyn Bridge CSA with our delicious organic produce. They’ll join us in Brooklyn to share photos from the farm, what you can you expect from the CSA this season, and why and how their farm went organic. And, they’ll bring delicious treats.
Finally, one of our CSA coordinators, Joelle Asaro Berman, will be offering a Sauerkraut Making Demo, designed to teach you how to make a tasty, preserved treat out of a vegetable you’re bound to enjoy in this year’s CSA program.

- Who: Anyone who wants to meet our farmers, who’s considering joining our CSA, or is already a member
