Karl Family Farms is a small family farm in the shadows of the Shawangunk Mountains in Modena, NY (right outside of New Paltz). Our goal is to provide customers with the healthiest and highest quality, locally produced and humanely raised meats.

Our animals spend their lives playing, grazing, and relaxing happily on our pastures and in our woods while expressing their natural instincts.  This means that our pigs can roll in the mud, our chickens cluck away and the goats eat up a tree.

Our cows, goats and sheep are exclusively grass-fed and grass-finished and our pasture-raised/free-range chickens, pigs and turkeys receive local produce, milk and organic grains to supplement their foraging.

We have designed these Farmers Boxes based off of our best selling items and the feedback of our customers as to what cuts of meats are most versatile and fun to cook with. You can choose any number of boxes you like, all meat is cryo-vac and flash frozen.

Farmers Box 1:
Each share receives: ground beef, two types of steak and a surprise beef cut!
Small Box 1 – $57.50 (approximately 5lbs. of beef)
Large Box 1 – $115 (approximately 10lbs. of beef)

Farmers Box 2:
Each share receives: ground beef, ground lamb, steaks and lamb chops!
Small Box 1 – $65 (approximately 5lbs. of beef and lamb)
Large Box 1 – $130 (approximately 10lbs. of beef and lamb)

You can also order 1 dozen free-range, organically fed eggs for $6. (Normal retail price is $6.99.)
