For Full & A week shares, distribution will be this Wednesday, 6/26, from 5pm – 8pm at Congregation Mt. Sinai.
Lots of delicious vegetables are expected:
1 head Green Romaine, 1 head Red Boston, 1 head Bok Choy, 1 lb. Sugar Snap Peas, 1 head Red Romaine, 1 1 lb. Baby Squash, 4 pc. Garlic Scapes, 2 Seedless Cucumbers.
If you have an unpexcted conflict and can’t pick up your share, consider having your share delivered via brooklynbikearmada. You can arrange a delivery through their website. For details, including pricing, click here.
Reminder: for veggie and dairy shares, if you’re not able to pick up your share (or send someone to do so), it will be donated. You won’t be able to pick it up the following week. Please remember to bring your own bags and be mindful to take what is alotted for each share.
Last, as you may be aware, the Brooklyn Bridge CSA accepts additional income to help subsidize low income shares. In addition to subsidizing our own community, we were also able to help our Sister CSA, Crown Heights Farm Share. Brooklyn Bridge CSA’s contribution helped them sell 34 subsidized shares to lower income residents of Brooklyn! They sold 16 full shares and 17 partial shares. Thank you!
