  1. Just wondering what’s up with “milk not jails.” I know there were “production issues” a week or 2 back, but at pickup yesterday there was no sign of no-fat or lo-fat yoghurt. Candidly, “full fat” is of no interest in our household, and I’ll bet we’re not unique. Related – in that there’s now some “arrearage” in terms of members, what are the plans and procedures (yesterday’s table manners were – not said unkindly – clueless) to deal with that? Thanks. Love the concept, of course, but “delivery” obviously matters, too.

  2. Hi Peter,

Thanks for your comment! We are now indicating the fat contect of the yogurt in our newsletter and on this site. Also, definitely agree with you that delivery matters. We do our best to make sure that everyone treats the process with kindness and respect. Thanks!
