For full, B WEEK vegetable, fruit, and cheese shares:  
Distribution will be Wednesday, November 3rd, from 5pm – 8pm at First Presbyterian Church (FPC) at 124 Henry St. Distribution will be OUTSIDE in front of the church.

This week’s vegetables:
1 head LETTUCE
2 SPAGHETTI SQUASH
1 bunch CARROTS
2 lbs WHITE POTATOES
1 WATERMELON RADISH
1 NAPA CABBAGE
1 head CAULIFLOWER
1 bunch KALE
1 head BROCCOLI
1 bulb KOHLRABI

Fruit:
3lb bag WINESAP, GOLDEN and RED DELICIOUS & JONAGOLD APPLES from Briermere Farms
When you get apples, immediately take them out of the bag and inspect for bruising. Use the bruised ones first and simply cut the bruise off. Keep apples in the crisper of the fridge all the time.


Cheese:
1 JERSEY GIRL CHEESE from Jake’s Gouda
Made from 100% grass-fed raw cow milk. This semi-hard, colby-style cheese is firm and springy, with a natural cave-aged rind and a bright, earthy flavor. Pairs well with smoked ham, olives & roasted peppers.
